Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Sponsorship may consist of cash sponsorship, media promotion, and in-kind donations. In-kind donations may consist of products or services that have been approved by AEDF, in which case the level will be determined by the donation’s fair market value or cost to the sponsor. Arkansas Earth Day is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, thus all donations are tax deductible.

Booth Information
Non-Food Vendor Booths fall under either Business or Non-Profit rates. Business includes retail sales. Non-profit pricing must have valid 501 (c)(3) status. Business rates are dependent on the number of employees of the business. Non-profits have a discount, and both business and nonprofits may be discounted further with interactive activities.
$150 for corporations having 1-3 employees
$300 for corporations having 4-10 employees
$500 for corporations having 11+ employees
additional $50 if business booths need Electricity or Water (must supply own cord and/or hose)
$50 for Non-Profit/education (not based on # of employees)
additional $25 if non-profit booths need Electricity or Water (must supply own cord and/or hose)
NOTE: If any food is being given away at a retail booth, it must be prepared in commercial kitchen and be packaged in commercial packaging. No food is permitted that does not meet specifications.
Food Vendor
All vendors selling any food products are considered a "food vendor" and must be permitted as such by Arkansas Health Dept. If you are working from a traveling food station of any kind, vendor must provide exact measurements of vehicle and pictures of vehicle. No Styrofoam products of any kind.
$400.00 total includes electric and water, but each will need to provide own extension cords and potable-specific water hose(s). If special plugging needs, any converter will need to be provided by the vendor.
