"Being Rooted" Knowing and Caring for the Place Where We Live - Discussion Course

Develop a bioregionalism perspective; focus on knowing and protecting our place, and explore how Heifer’s work is shaped by the land and local communities worldwide. Includes Arkansas Earth Institute’s Discovering a Sense of Place study guide and guided tour of Heifer Village wetlands and native flora. Fee: $40; $30 Early Bird Registration by July 7.  Location: Heifer Village, One World Avenue, Little Rock.  Please register in advance.
