Magna IV is making great strides in becoming the leading eco friendly printer in the mid south.
With all our graphic capabilities we are what we say we are, "Printing for all types"  We can handle the smallest job to the largest print project you can imagine.  With our newest piece of equipment we can print on a variety of smooth, flat material up to 1.5" thick, with a dimension of 4' x 8'.  To compliment this type of work, we have also added an I-Cut machine to custom cut your project as detailed as you require.
All this fantastic printing work under one roof and we are proud to say we are making a grand effort in become more green.  Currently we recycle all our paper, printing plates and use soy ink on all presses.  We are the only Arkansas printer that is FSC certified. During the 2007 year Magna IV recycled 836.98 tons of paper.  This translates in saving 14,229 trees, 6,858,860 gallons of water that was not used, a savings of 328,052 gallons of oil, 837 homes powered for six months with the electricity saved, and 74,491 cubic feet of land filled space that was not needed.
All of our recycled aluminum printing plates during the 2007 year totaled 73,636 lbs. The earth savings for this alone was 4,686 BTU's of energy saved, 808 barrels of non-required oil, along with 184 cubic meters of water saved.
Magna IV is currently exploring reserving grids of power that was generated by wind.  Granted we will not be able to power our printing equipment but all of our administrative power maybe used with wind power.  Finally we are starting a monthly program for our current clients where they can schedule pickup of all their unwanted paper so we can shred it and have it recycled.
I am positive that with everything we are doing, we will leave this planet in better condition then those before us.
