We had a great Forum!
Great thanks to the many people who participated - nearly 60 - and to all who contributed time, money, food
and energy to help this second annual community event run so smoothly!

Each session has a plan for action and welcomes additional interest and assistance!
Special appreciation, once again, to our Forum facilitator Michael Vinson of Healthy Space, who provides the "space" for a large group of people who don't know each other to engage meaningfully and efficiently on the topics that concern them. Simple, empowering, and effective!
Thanks also to Conway Mayor Tab Townsell and County Judge Preston Scroggin for their full participation in our Sustainability Forum again this year.

Coming Up!
Movie Night at the Faulkner County Library at 1900 Tyler Street in Conway: November 7 at 6:30 pm (new time)
The free film that will be shown at the November 7 movie night will be: "A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash," a 90-minute documentary on the planet's dwindling oil resources. From the film's website, http://www.oilcrashmovie.com : "Compelling, intelligent, and highly entertaining, the film visits with the world's top experts and comes to a startling, but logical conclusion – our industrial society, built on cheap and readily available oil, must be completely re-imagined and overhauled."
Well, it's good that re-imagining and overhauling is what FCSSC is about . . . a discussion will follow the film. Come and be a part of the re-imagining. *Free popcorn and drinks*
Green Drinks!
"A Social Mixer Where People Exchange Green Ideas."
This very successful international grassroots idea has come to Faulkner County. No agenda, all are welcome, lots of opportunity for sharing ideas and meeting with like-minded people.
