A six-session course about food systems and their impacts on culture, society and Earth. The course offers practical suggestions on creating and supporting a more sustainable food system, explores the effects of modern industrial agriculture on both human and ecological health, and highlights sustainable forms of agriculture.   $20 fee for workbook.  To register in advance, email info@arkansasearth.org or call 501.213.5388.
