Films at the Big Green House

Join us for a new opportunity to view films in a casual, comfortable, local venue. We’ll be featuring films focused on sustainability, including local food systems and environmental issues.

Sunday, February 24th – 5:00-6:30pm, and again from 7-8:30pm
Tuesday, February 26th – 5:30-7pm, and again from 7-8:30pm

More films to be announced soon. Some light refreshments and beverages will be served, but you are encouraged to bring your own.

Seating is available, but feel free to bring your own chair.

VERY LIMITED parking available in rear, you can also park on the gravel area immediately east of our back yard in the gravel area owned by the Deaf School. PLEASE consider walking, riding your bike, the bus, or carpooling.

Mission

The mission of Sustainable Alternatives is to provide networking and office space for like-minded individuals with a strong consideration for the environment. We wish to provide a catalyst for social, environmental and economic development. We intend to operate the organization in a way that actively recognizes the central role that businesses and non-profits play in society by initiating innovative ways to improve the quality of life locally by encouraging collaboration between individuals.
