Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
-New Building Commissioning
-Existing Building Commissioning
-LEED Technical Support
Desired Professional Attributes:
-Engineering or other technical degree
-Knowledge and field experience of building equipment and/or controls
-Experience working with building owners and contractor community
-proficient at system diagnostics and evaluation
-good computer skills
-Proficiency in all office software: excel/databases, word, etc.
Preferred, But Not Required Professional Attributes:
-Professional engineering license
-Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
-Knowledge of green building
-Commissioning experience
Personal Attributes:
-Good interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively with groups
-Positive attitude
-Good work ethic
Education Qualifications:
-minimum 2 year technical degree
-Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
Compensation and Position Details:
-Some out-of-state travel required
-Reliable transportation
-Salary dependent on experience
